項目前期溝通
前期溝通是項目立項的前提和資料輸入來源，101設計和客戶就設計方向、設計內容、設計風格等進行深入地探討和溝通。俗話說：磨刀不誤砍柴工，只有前期細致的工作才能保證日后項目的順利運行。
市場調查
市場調查是產品日后能與市場相融合的必不可少的一環，101設計抱著從零開始的態度，認真地分析市場上成功與失敗的案例，取長補短，做出既有新的創意又迎合市場的設計。
產品策劃
產品分析，產品定位，產品決策，產品策劃是產品實現產業化的核心。無法實現產業化的設計，純粹廢品。101設計一切基于可實現的產品設計，幫助客戶降低風險，減少浪費，讓客戶的每一分投資都將效益最大化。
概念設計
此階段工作的核心是創意，101設計將調查所得的信息資料進行分析總結，提出具有創新性的解決方案。提出概念，創意和設想，進行工作者環境，效率以及使用界面方面的調查，從而進一步完善改進創意
外觀設計
101設計對創意的可行性加以論證，并通過優化，協調該產品在外觀、顏色、細節、特性以及功能等方面的復雜關系，從而使該創意更具可操作性。然后完成外觀模型以及概念設計原型的制作，最后運用三維輔助設計完成具體的設計工作，制做出樣品。
結構設計
101結構設計就是通過3D軟件設計好產品的內部結構，并確定零件的材質、表面狀態、結構強度以及模具優化等等工作，并確定生產中所需的規格和技術，測算材料和制造成本，配合好手板廠進行下一步的生產工作。
手板模型
101設計擁有5000平米的手板模型驗證工廠，能迅速有效的幫助客戶驗證實物效果是否和設計方案效果一致。
